Oliver Blagden is an actor from Sheffield, UK

Oliver grew up in a village at the edge of the Steel City

He is an actor, whose work includes award-winning independent cinema, regional, fringe and West End theatre, and television and advertising roles. He trained at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts in London, one of the UK’s leading drama schools.

He most recently starred in independent films Latent, a psychological thriller, and People at Night, an experimental drama, which combined were selected for over thirty film festivals across the world, picking up various awards and nominations.

As well as his work as a performer, he launched, produced and directed a monthly new writing night in the heart of West End, ‘A Foot in the Door.’ With a mission of inclusivity, this initiative aimed to provide a platform for emerging artists, no matter their background. This was positively received by critics throughout its two-year run, and helped a number of writers, directors and actors advance their careers in the arts.

He has also narrated audiobooks and hosted podcasts, which have attracted listeners from around the world.
